The company recruited us from college, and the early rounds were held at the college itself.

The written test included aptitude plus two programs to write. After those early steps, nineteen students were selected, and then the remaining interviews happened at the company premises.

I went through three interviews there. The questions were mostly focused on puzzles, and alongside that they asked basic Java questions. The overall difficulty stayed average.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the path was consistent: written test at college, then a puzzle-focused evaluation with some basic Java sprinkled in for technical grounding.
