My selection process was four rounds long, and it felt like it was designed to ratchet up pressure through puzzles.

The first round was an aptitude test. Then I had a round that mixed a personal introduction with solving a few puzzles.

The third round repeated that personal-interview-and-puzzle style, and by then I could feel the difficulty climbing. The fourth round again included another personal introduction along with puzzle solving.

I remember the puzzle difficulty increasing as I moved forward, which made the process feel more intense over time. I didn’t get an offer, but at least the trajectory of the interviews was consistent: they wanted to see whether I could keep up as the problems got harder.
