Algoworks Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

GhaziabadPosted Jan 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through the process expecting something normal, but it felt bizarre and the experience wasn’t respectful.

The interviewer’s behavior stood out to me as genuinely bad, and I ended up feeling like the company was aiming for a very specific type of candidate rather than fairly evaluating everyone.

Even though I did like the general reputation of the company, and I found the work culture and flexible timings attractive, the process itself turned negative for me. It ultimately didn’t lead to an offer, and my lasting impression was that the evaluation felt biased in a way that didn’t align with my skills.
