I went through a multi-stage recruitment process that started with pre-placement talks and a presentation.

From there, I moved into an aptitude and coding test, and both parts felt fairly easy compared to what came after.

After the test, there was a puzzle round, then HR interview 1, and finally HR interview 2. That later HR sequence was the part that stretched the process out for me. By the time the puzzles and then two HR rounds were complete, it felt like I’d been evaluated on more than just test performance.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience wasn’t random—it followed a clear progression from early screening into puzzles, and then into more personal discussions twice.
