It took a few weeks to get a call after I applied online.

The district manager called me and I interviewed with him, asking a small set of questions. I was asked to tell my story—why I wanted to work at the company—plus how I defined customer service.

He also discussed the brand and his own perspective, and he walked through responsibilities as an assistant manager. I liked that the questions stayed focused and specific rather than broad. The interview felt manageable, and I ended up receiving an offer.
