ALDO Group Operations Manager interview experience

I had to clearly explain why I wanted to work with the company, and the conversation dug into my personal selling experience and duties. I also talked about how I’d been recruited from another store location.

They brought the fashion side into it too: I discussed trends and what was hot in fashion, and then we shifted to my goals and the qualities that would help drive sales. It felt more demanding than the very basic chats I’d heard about from other retail interviews, but I appreciated that the questions connected directly to what the role would require. I received an offer.
