The whole process took less than two weeks.

I networked with the district manager, and then I interviewed with the regional and the district manager together. They ended up offering me a position on the spot.

It was pretty easy overall, and it felt like they were excited about bringing me in. What I noticed, though, was that they tried hard to sell the bonus structure in a way that could effectively lower the salary compared to what I expected. I ended up needing to negotiate to get a decent pay. Even with that pressure around compensation, I accepted and felt okay about how quickly it resolved.
