Alcatel-Lucent Motive QA Engineer interview experience

My process started with a written test that mixed aptitude and domain knowledge.

After that, I went through two levels of technical rounds and then a separate HR level.

Near the end, there was also a phone call to confirm joining details and handle formalities, including a list of documents I’d need to submit. The structure felt like they were gating people step-by-step rather than jumping around.

I didn’t end up with an offer. What surprised me most was how much the later part looked like real administrative follow-through, but the process itself still ended without the final outcome.
