This was a campus recruitment process that felt very easy.

The screening covered basic C and C++ concepts and basic networking protocols, and there was also a portion focused on final-year project details.

After those topics, there was an HR interview as part of the process. The overall feel was relaxed compared to the more intense multi-round technical challenges I’d heard about elsewhere.

I got an offer, and what stood out most was how straightforward it was: fundamentals, project discussion, and then a human conversation to wrap it up.
