Alcatel-Lucent Motive QA Engineer interview experience

No offer

MediumCanadaPosted Jan 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an interview with two engineers, and most of the questions were grounded in my resume and recent project experience.

The conversation felt like a fit check for whether I could work in an environment that valued both software and hardware background.

They asked a lot of questions about the projects I’d done recently, and it wasn’t just a surface discussion of what I had worked on—it felt like they wanted specifics and clarity about how I approached those projects.

I didn’t get an offer. The interview style still felt fair, though, and it made my role fit feel closely tied to the details I brought up.
