I went through an online OA and then a phone interview.

The phone screen felt surprisingly smooth and even ended earlier than the time limit. The interviewer was friendly, but I got the sense they weren’t really paying close attention, which threw me off.

About a week later I got a rejection. The whole thing left me feeling like they didn’t have much headcount and that the process might just have been a way of moving people through the motions more than making a real decision.
