I applied for multiple roles—C++ developer, Python developer, and a data operations position.

I ended up receiving Hackerrank challenges for all of them, which made me wonder whether the assessment was automatically sent out to everyone who applied rather than being tailored.

Even though I could see how different roles might lead to different prompts, the fact that all of them got Hackerrank challenges at once was what stood out. I didn’t receive an offer, and overall the experience felt a bit ambiguous about how much the process reflected my fit versus just an automated screening step.
