AkunaCapital Network Engineer interview experience

The vibe wasn’t “define the obvious” style; it felt like they were looking for whether I could get into the nitty-gritty rather than just provide textbook-level answers.

I didn’t see coding dominate the conversation as much as the detailed technical questioning did—there was an emphasis on being able to reason with specificity, not just describe concepts.

I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away feeling like they filtered for someone who’d actually worked with the technology seriously, not just someone who could recite definitions.
