My process started with a fast math assessment: short bursts of quick mental math problems, followed by a sequence challenge that asked me to solve things like Fibonacci-related patterns and letter sequence puzzles under time limits.

The format was clearly designed to test speed as much as accuracy.

After the math portion, I was asked to complete a personality questionnaire and then a one-sided webcam interview, and I was told there would be a final set of interviews after that. I remember not having a response yet at the time the math and early stages were completed, but the structure made it clear they wanted the early gates done quickly and decisively. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the lack of follow-through made the whole pipeline feel a little uncertain.
