My interview felt pretty direct and not overly theatrical.

It included a brainteaser, two probability questions, and an oral mental-math prompt where I had to compute quickly out loud. After that, I had more general conversation that covered how I kept up with the markets and why I was interested in the role.

The difficulty level matched the overall “practical but manageable” vibe—nothing felt impossibly hard, but it still required accuracy and mental agility. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt coherent from start to finish, and I knew pretty quickly what areas I was being judged on.
