Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview focused on C++ code completion and debugging.

The interviewer gave me a partially implemented object pool class and asked me to finish a specific function and fix several bugs in the code.

I had about 45 minutes for the task, and I didn’t manage to complete it. The interviewer kept steering attention toward basics like reviewing OOP structure and being careful with C++ syntax and how the pieces fit together, which made it feel like the goal wasn’t just a working result but also clean, correct structure.
