My process started with a combined phone screen setup where the recruiter scheduled a call and the interview portion together.

The interview content was essentially three LeetCode-style easy-to-medium problems, plus a couple of Python-focused questions like list comprehension. The whole thing didn’t take long—roughly 15 to 30 minutes.

After that, the waiting part was the hardest mentally. I didn’t hear back from them, and what stood out was how rough the recruiting experience felt overall rather than the technical difficulty.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest reflection I carried after was that the process felt disjointed—quick on the front end, slow and silent after.
