I went through a full day that started with presentations about the company and its business units, including a networking lunch.

After that, I joined a panel interview.

The panel interview itself was short, lasting about 25 minutes. The questions were behavioral in nature, and while everyone I interacted with was nice, the structure still felt like a formal evaluation after all the group information.

I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that despite the friendly environment, the behavioral panel timing was tight, so it felt like they had limited window to form a conclusion.
