I went through a campus-style interview process where the first selection step was based on aggregates, followed by an MCQ test with both technical and non-technical questions.

After clearing those, I had an interview stage.

The MCQ test was the part that felt most like a true assessment—mixing different kinds of questions meant it wasn’t only about engineering knowledge. The technical and non-technical blend made it feel broader than a standard technical screening.

I received an offer. My reflection was that the process treated early-stage selection as a real filter, so once I got to the interview stage it felt like I’d already passed a meaningful baseline.
