My process started with a short phone screen where I was asked a very unusual question: how I would test a large language model.

It was only about fifteen minutes, but it was honestly hard for me to even interpret what they were looking for. The question was difficult to understand in the moment, and the format left me feeling like I couldn’t fully show my capability.

I didn’t end up moving forward, and I didn’t like how the interview was handled. The whole interaction felt more confusing than challenging in a helpful way, and I walked away with a strong negative impression of the process.
