My process looked pretty standard from the outside.

I started with a recruiter call where we talked through my resume and my technical stack. After that, I went into a HackerRank assessment that combined multiple parts: MCQs, coding, and an API design component.

The assessment itself was difficult enough that it felt like they were evaluating more than just straightforward programming. I didn’t receive an offer after the process, but at least the structure of the evaluation was clear from start to finish.
