Airbnb Software Engineer interview experience

I had frontend-focused interviews where one question revolved around a StorageData class with event handlers, like a LeetCode-style prompt, and the rest were lighter React questions. I remember the round structure as part of a frontend interview variant of the normal process, where the emphasis stayed on frontend fundamentals.

The difficulty felt moderate overall, and the experience itself was straightforward compared to what I’d done elsewhere. I left thinking I understood the kinds of things they were probing, but ultimately I didn’t move far enough to convert into an offer.
