I went through two rounds of interviewing, and later I was updated that they successfully hired for the role.

What surprised me was how the process handled communication of the offer details: the full compensation package was shared during the first round with HR. Then the second round focused more on getting into the working culture and the day-to-day expectations through the hiring manager.

Even though I ultimately wasn’t the person who got the offer, the experience felt organized in how the process rolled from HR logistics into culture and role fit. The overall tone was straightforward, and the structure made it easier to understand what they cared about across the two stages.
