My first step was an online questionnaire where most of the questions focused on my experience outside of software engineering.

After that, I moved into a technical assessment. That part felt manageable, not wildly complex, but I didn’t advance further.

What stood out was how big the funnel must have been—my impression was that there were an enormous number of applicants. Even though the technical piece didn’t feel brutal, I still ended up being filtered out after the assessment, and the whole stage felt very high-volume.
