Airbnb Software Engineer interview experience

Beijing, BeijingPosted Jun 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a pretty clean, straightforward path to an offer.

The process started with two rounds, both centered on LeetCode-style medium and hard problems. After that, there was a final culture fit round.

I was happy with how it went overall, and eventually I received an offer. The experience felt intense from a difficulty standpoint in the coding rounds, but the structure was easy to understand.

By the end, the main feeling was relief and satisfaction that the process led to something concrete.
