Airbnb Software Engineer interview experience

They scheduled my first technical interview for about two weeks later, which matched that warning.

In the technical interview, it was mainly just the coding question with no extra self-introduction or project deep dive. The format was direct and focused, and it aligned with what the recruiter had told me upfront.

I didn’t make it to an offer. The biggest impression was how much the process leaned into the difficulty—there wasn’t much room for anything else once the coding round began.
