Early on, they offered a mock or practice interview, which made the recorded format feel less intimidating.

After that, the real interview was video-recorded, and the structure was consistent: two competency questions and three situation-based questions.

They let me take as much time as I needed between questions to prepare answers, and each question had two attempts. That flexibility reduced the pressure during recording, since I could refine my response rather than getting only one shot.

Even with that supportive structure, I didn’t receive an offer.
