Air Products Software Engineer interview experience

I had a phone conversation with HR, and the HR representative was helpful in getting me the information I needed about the role and benefits. After that discussion, I was able to negotiate and reach a deal.

What stood out was that the benefits were explained in detail after the interview over the phone, which made the next steps feel less vague.

I ended up receiving an offer, and the overall experience was efficient—though it still felt like they stayed organized enough for me to make a clear decision.
