Allentown, PAPosted Nov 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an on-campus interview that started with two alumni, and then I had a few onsite interviews after that.

I also noticed the “buddy system” during the visit.

From my perspective, the interviewers didn’t come across as especially competent, and it felt like some of them were connected to the company in a way that helped them get their roles. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the experience made me skeptical about the depth of the evaluation, even though the format itself followed the usual on-campus structure.
