Air Products Software Engineer interview experience

There were multiple steps and many different people involved, but I didn’t feel like every interaction added real value.

The scheduling itself became difficult and took extra time, which created a sense of friction beyond the interviews.

I ended up receiving an offer, but the overall experience stayed frustrating because the process felt overly convoluted compared to the final result.
