I applied through LinkedIn, and HR contacted me by phone to explain the process.

It started with a call, and then I went into an assessment day.

On that assessment day, they evaluated candidates both individually and in a group setting. It wasn’t just a single conversation—it felt like a structured evaluation to see how I worked under different circumstances.

I didn’t receive an offer from that path, but the process itself seemed designed to judge more than just interview answers.
