Air Products Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a phone interview with a supervisor, then had an in-person discussion with a plant manager and supervisor.

After that, I visited a local plant to meet the plant manager and actually see the operation. That was followed by a final phone interview with a group manager at company headquarters.

I ended up receiving an offer, and the way it unfolded made it feel grounded in real work—not just abstract screening.
