Air Products Software Engineer interview experience

I was first arranged with others to present how the interview would run, and then I got separated out for individual one-on-one interviews focused on personality.

They also put us into two groups for a skills test. After the testing, they reviewed the results and split us up again so I could discuss my outcomes with them individually. That was essentially the end of the interview process for me.

Although the structure was clear enough once I got into it, I didn’t receive an offer, and it left me with the sense that the evaluation hinged on that final results discussion stage.
