Air Products Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

United StatesPosted Sep 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For the full-time engineering program, all interns and co-ops who wanted to be considered had to go through the CDP interview process.

It was very thorough and included several individual interviews with upper management, plus a case study problem to evaluate how I solved engineering problems.

The overall experience felt respectable because the process tried to evaluate candidates completely rather than relying on a single conversation. I didn’t get an offer, but the intent of the assessment came through clearly—it was designed to test both credentials and problem-solving ability.
