Air Products Software Engineer interview experience

In the morning I had individual interviews, and in the afternoon we moved into an engineering problem. I began the problem by myself, then later worked in a group to solve it together.

At the end, I presented the problem to one of the hiring managers. The process felt organized and thorough, but I didn’t end up receiving an offer. Still, the structure helped me understand what mattered: showing how I think both independently and with others.
