I ended up doing an intensive full day interview at their headquarters in Allentown.

The day started with a few separate interviews in the morning, then it switched gears into tests and group work. I had an individual test, followed by a group test, and the afternoon continued with the rest of the interviews.

Even though the interview itself was “just” one day, the follow-up took some time—after a few weeks I received my offer. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t any single conversation; it was that packed combination of interviews and assessments that kept asking me to perform in different formats back-to-back.
