I was asked STAR-style questions about how I work in teams and how I approach problem solving.

Those behavioral prompts were very explicit, and I had to explain not just what I did, but how I handled situations step by step.

After I received the offer, there was a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. That second conversation was mostly him talking about the role and gauging my level of interest.

I ended up receiving an offer, and the process felt coherent: behavioral evaluation up front, then a more alignment-focused conversation afterward.
