I had an online interview with multiple experts from the company, and it was set up after HR reached out first and there was a longer background and experience checking phase.

Even before the interview itself, that lengthy setup stood out to me—it made the process feel formal and thorough.

During the interview, the panel format meant I was answering questions in a more expert-driven way, with the people on the call coming from an international perspective. They also felt flexible with timing and understanding, which helped reduce the pressure that comes with a multi-expert online session.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I appreciated how organized it was and how the process didn’t feel chaotic, even though it took time behind the scenes.
