Air Liquide Home Healthcare Software Engineer interview experience

That call covered broad questions about both the company and me, and we had open-ended back-and-forth where it felt like the interviewer was genuinely trying to understand my background and fit. After that initial screening with group HR, I was then connected to the right local team.

What stood out to me was the straightforward nature of the conversation—no frantic style, just good dialogue and a clear handoff. It didn’t feel like a high-stakes grilling, more like they were filtering thoughtfully before moving me forward.
