Air Liquide Home Healthcare Software Engineer interview experience

The way it was framed, compensation seemed to depend heavily on negotiation, so at least part of the process felt tied to how I handled that discussion.

What bothered me most was the feedback timing. It took a long time to get responses back, and that stretched out the experience more than I expected for interviews that otherwise felt positive. I eventually didn’t get an offer, and honestly the slow feedback loop made the whole thing feel much harder than the interviews themselves.
