I applied on May 28th and got contacted by a recruiter on June 2nd.

We had a screening call on June 3rd, and then I received a rejection email on June 4th with no feedback at all. After that, I felt fully ghosted.

The whole timeline was so fast that it didn’t feel like there was much opportunity to understand what I was being evaluated against. The rejection email provided no context, which made it hard to interpret the outcome.

My reflection was that the speed could have been fine if there had been any closure. Instead, it just left me with unanswered questions and the sense that the decision was made quickly without meaningful communication.
