Huntsville, ALPosted Nov 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I first met the company through a career fair connection and then returned for a second, tougher day at their local campus.

The early touchpoint felt fairly standard—questions about my background, plus a few concepts like polymorphism. It wasn’t high drama, but it wasn’t a casual chat either, and I could tell they were using it to filter toward a more technical assessment.

The all-day round that followed lasted about six hours and was noticeably more stressful. I kept going room to room with a lot of different people, and multiple interviewers asked me to code live, either on paper or a whiteboard. The questions weren’t easy, but the vibe stayed interactive; there was some willingness to help if I got stuck.
