My process moved pretty quickly—about three weeks total—and it was split into three separate conversations.

It started with a phone screening, then I went into the office for the next round, and the final step was a role play. That last part could be handled in person or over Teams, depending on scheduling.

The interviewer I spoke with came across as both pleasant and well-informed about the industry, and I got the sense the environment there was healthy. I didn’t feel rushed through the discussions, but one thing that stood out was that the recruiter didn’t seem to have my resume in front of them during the phone
