My process started with a screening that felt standard and easy to follow.

I had a conversation that explained the role and then moved through prepared questions, and it was all organized over Zoom. After that, I progressed through a small set of interview stages, and each conversation stayed friendly and professional.

The schedule was relatively compact—there were only a few interviews before moving on to the people involved in the team fit. I got the impression the organization was deliberate about moving through stages, and there was also a reminder about delays due to background checks, which made the timeline feel a bit less abrupt than I expected.
