Tempe, AZPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was given a pre-recorded video interview on a very tight timeline, and the questions felt completely misaligned with what I expected for a normal screen.

I received an email requiring me to submit recordings within two days, and I had to handle it quickly because the timing landed right around a holiday period. The questions felt “ridiculous,” and I noticed there weren’t any of the usual kinds of prompts like introducing myself or sharing examples from experience.

After I submitted the recordings, I got an email to complete a grammar assessment. I finished it the same day and passed, but that didn’t translate into a positive result. Shortly after, I was told I wasn’t selected with vague reasoning that indicated they chose others.
