My experience started with early momentum—recruiting contacted me to schedule, and I spoke with the recruiting team about the role before anything else.

Then things stalled in a way that was hard to ignore. I was effectively ghosted for a while, and after I followed up and pushed for an update, I was eventually rejected. The process felt like it was missing basic responsiveness.

On another attempt, I went through an initial HR-related interaction and then a hiring manager and colleague conversation. After that, I emailed HR for an update on my status and never received a response. The inconsistency felt similar: the process didn’t feel transparent, and even after timelines were mentioned, I never really got clarity—just silence.
