Aditya Birla Group Software Engineer interview experience

The GD was done in groups of eight, and the topic was a case study, which meant the discussion had to stay anchored to a scenario rather than go off into general opinions.

After that, I went into an HR interview that covered general questions and also questions grounded in my resume. Finally, there was a technical interview with basic questions plus questions in the area of interest I had highlighted. I didn’t get an offer, but the structure felt coherent—each step tested a different dimension of how I’d handle the role.
