I felt good walking into the process, and the interviewer was very supportive throughout.

The interaction didn’t feel combative at all, and the overall experience was fine.

The biggest thing that ended up affecting my perception wasn’t the interview quality—it was the compensation. The pay was lower than I expected, and I also noticed the work location might vary. Everything else about the process felt okay, but those practical factors were enough that it didn’t translate into an offer.
