My process started with CV shortlisting, and then I moved through an aptitude round.

The aptitude part included quantitative questions, psychological-style questions, and English.

After that, there was a technical round and then an HR round. The HR segment wasn’t only HR-style questions; it also included a few common-sense technical questions, which caught me off guard a little because it blurred the line between the categories. I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall flow was straightforward and made the rounds feel connected rather than completely separate.
