Aditya Birla Group Software Engineer interview experience

My journey started with an aptitude test, and once I cleared that initial shortlist, I moved into a case-study style round combined with a group discussion.

The difficulty was medium overall, and the company’s focus felt heavily technical rather than purely aptitude-driven.

The group discussion and case study were followed by further evaluation, with interviewers who were very friendly. It made a big difference because the rounds could have easily felt intimidating, but the tone stayed positive. I didn’t end up with an offer, yet the overall experience left me with a really good impression because it felt structured, welcoming, and oriented toward technical understanding.
